This is a fully remote virtual nutrition coaching program limited to 5 participants per monthly cohort.
The RENu. Group Program is a 12-week nutrition group coaching program that introduces you to the fundamentals of nutrition and lifestyle for optimal wellbeing and performance. This evidence-based program is designed to support you in initiating sustainable habits essential for long-term health and performance gains. Weekly material will guide you through understanding your individual needs and how to meet them, all while providing you with a sense of belonging, support, and community in your health and performance journey.
We’ll focus on a new topic every week (e.g. protein intake, fiber intake, hydration, fueling for workouts, recovering from workouts, gut health, sleep, stress management, supplement recommendations, and more).

Coach Ross’s nutrition group program was filled with useful information that would benefit anyone from someone first starting out on their wellness journey to a seasoned athlete.
The information is thoughtfully packaged in a way that is approachable and implementable. The information provided is based on the most up to date consensus within the field, and Coach Ross has done an excellent job curating citations and resources that made me confident that I was receiving the best information available.
The weekly goals provide a challenging yet achievable way to integrate the lessons into your daily routine, which helped me make immediate, and in a few cases, lasting, changes to my diet and overall lifestyle.
The weekly group calls provide a helpful forum to discuss progress and challenges, which provides supportive accountability and a sense of camaraderie with others going through the program.
Overall, I greatly enjoyed the program and have seen improvements in my general wellbeing and athletic performance as a result. I would highly recommend the program to anyone who is looking to improve their diet, overall health and/or athletic performance.
My biggest takeaway is how easy it was to understand each week's module and apply it. I’ve gone through several nutrition programs in the past, but this one was different. It was easy to follow and apply the information and practices on a daily basis. After just 12 weeks I am eating healthier, drinking more water, and overall feeling better about more physical appearance.
This program will enhance your knowledge and skills with excellent coaching and examples so that you can make immediate meaningful diet and lifestyle improvements that stick. It will improve your performance and wellness. After making these changes I was more comfortable after meals, my workouts are better, and my recovery is faster.
